About the event
The American Coalition for Ukraine is holding the third Ukraine Action Summit in Washington, D.C. on October 22-24, 2023.
We invite individuals and organizations — from within as well as beyond the Ukrainian community — who are invested in advocating our elected officials to continue helping Ukraine to prevail against the Russian invasion.
The Summit will consist of panel discussions, a collaborative advocacy training and Congressional meetings on Capitol Hill.
For members of the press: Because of limited capacity on venues, most of the Summit programming is not open to press. Please email our team if you would like information and updates on covering the event.
For interested organizations: If your organization is interested in becoming a partner for the Summit and joining the American Coalition for Ukraine, please fill out our form. Our team will get back to you as soon as possible.

Sunday, October 22
11:00 AM – 12:00 PM: Registration
Attendees check-in for the Summit and receive their materials.
12:00 PM – 5:00 PM: Informational Panel Sessions (Location near Eastern Market)
Panel discussions with subject-matter experts focused on the critical issues related to current advocacy priorities and updates about the war.
6:00 PM – 8:00 PM: Evening Reception
Join us for an opening reception to meet other Summit participants and hear from speakers.
Monday, October 23
8:30 AM- 9:00 AM: Registration
Check-in available to those who were not able to arrive on Sunday.
9:00 AM- 1:00 PM: Collaborative Advocacy Training
Includes information on conducting Hill meetings, time for state delegations to gather and plan their strategy for meetings, and information for ongoing advocacy beyond the Summit. The training will be tailored to both first-time and experienced advocates.
2:00 PM- 5:00 PM: Hill Meetings for Participants (Capitol Hill)
Hill meetings throughout the afternoon, actual schedule to be available within 5 days of the event. As there are some states where we have a large number of attendees, these meetings may have limited attendance so as not to overwhelm Congressional offices; not everyone who registers will be able to attend every meeting with their Members of Congress.
6:00 PM- 8:00 PM: Coalition Roundtable Event
Join us and representatives from our partner organizations to discuss critical topics around Ukraine in a roundtable brainstorming session designed to connect likeminded individuals and prompt creative solutions.
Tuesday, October 24
8:30 AM- 9:00 AM: Day 3 Kick-Off (Capitol Hill)
Gathering of all Summit participants to take a group photo and hear from important speakers ahead of Congressional meetings.
9:00 AM- 5:00 PM: Hill Meeting for Participants (Capitol Hill)
Hill meetings throughout the afternoon, actual schedule to be available within 5 days of the event. As there are some states where we have a large number of attendees, these meetings may have limited attendance so as not to overwhelm Congressional offices; not everyone who registers will be able to attend every meeting with their Members of Congress.
6:00 PM- 8:00 PM: Closing Reception
Join us for a closing reception to celebrate all of the great work we have accomplished over the past three days and close out the Summit.

On October 22-24, in Washington DC, the American Coalition for Ukraine convened the third Ukraine Action Summit. Over 450 participants from 34 states attended 220 meetings with Congressional representatives to urge Congress to pass measures to bring Ukraine closer to victory. Participants also joined expert panel sessions, networked and made connections between organizations, and unfurled the world’s largest Ukrainian flag near the Washington Monument.
